Oh my gosh - the Marathon Bar is my favorite candy from childhood too! Loved those things and nobody else seems to remember them! When I was in Ireland I discovered the Curly Wurly bar - if I hadn't seen the wrapper before taking a bite I would've sworn it was a Marathon bar! If you haven't tried one - you've got to!
